mr rivlin or president rivlin will be choosing a leader. inviting a leader to form a government. it's likely that they'll ask binyamin netanyahu to do that given a surprise performance in the polls, winning 30 seats in the parliament. that's short from the 61 seats needed to form a government. if binyamin netanyahu is asked by the president to form a government. he'll be given six weeks to work with other smaller parties to form this coalition government. he no doubt will be looking to the far right and religious parties to build the government. whatever the case he will likely need a lot of time to do that. a lot of what can be described as horse trading will begin. binyamin netanyahu will have to make promises of various means, whether it's political or cabinet to get the other parties

to join the coalition, which means we are a long way from seeing what the israeli next government will look like a group calling itself the hacking division of i.s.i.l. posted the names, addresses and photographs of 100 military personnel online. it include a call for fighters based in america - to hurt or kill them. >> this is a group calling itself the islamic state hacking division. it has not been verified we don't know where the source is. they have identified 100 u.s. military personal, their names, and in some cases their ranks and addresses. they are doing this to encourage so-called low-wolf sympathizes to kill the people. i'll read a quote that says kill them in their own lands, stab them to death as they walk their own streets. it's very concerning to officials here and the group

itself the islamic state hacking division says what they did was hack military sites to get this information. but people in the defense department thing that may not be the case. much of this information, names and addresses was available on social media. some were in newspaper articles. many. 100 personnel are said to have been involved in campaigns in iraq, syria and yemen. this is something that is concerning officials. all the families involved have been contacted by the authorities and military personal in the u.s. reminded to be careful of a footprint on social media, making sure privacy is selected. >> an iraqi armed group says it will shoot down planes and says the planes are supplying weapons to i.s.i.l. this video comes from the tv channel. it can't be verified but claims to show fighters setting up ground to air missile systems

united states on issues. american objectives are the opposite of iranian objectives. >> john kerry and his romanian counterpart are expected midweek. they know the clock is ticking ahead of a deadline for a framework agreement. one senior french diplomat says that deadline is counterproductive and dangerous, adding that a deal has to have concrete guarantees that will stop iran getting the bomb pakistan's military says six of its soldiers and more than 20 taliban fighters have been killed near the border of afghanistan. it's part of a 2-day operation the military wants to force the taliban and allies out of the valley and stepping up attacks on the taliban. after school attacks in which 150 people died. >> giving birth can be dangerous whenever you live. imagine going into labour

knowing you have to walk for a number of hours to get help. >> that's often the case in lesotho, which is one of the highest rates of mortality in the world. we have this report from a new clinic hoping to make it safer to be a mum. three-quarters of lesotho's population. for most here there's no electricity or running water. and the roads where they exist are bad. >> some have horses to get around. that's a luxury. >> they had to walk to get to a clas medical center. >> it takes a long time. it took me three hours to walk here. >> she's arrived at the clinic early to stay in accommodation on site so she can give birth to medical care around her. it's a facility offered to expectant mothers. for the deliveries of my two

other babeies i was home. i had contractions at night time so i had no trouble coming to the center. the option of staying at a clinic is not available anywhere. 40% of women gave birth at home. it puts them and their babies at risk. >> sometimes women need to have a caesarian. if they come to the health center. they can die. >> one of every two can die. one in every nine children will not make it to the fifth birthday. many of them can be attributed to the high levels of h.i.v. adults. the other bidding factor is a lack of access to health care. lesotho is nicknamed africa's mountain kingdom, and with good reason it's one thing for a heavily pregnant woman to walk long distance distances.

call it a crisis, too many on too little land and too little resources. 100 million more indonesians are added to the world population. now they have around 250 million. in 2050 it's predict to have 400 million and could have the largest population after china and india. >> we can't back off. this is not just a threat to our country and people but to all of us including the country ro surrounding us. there'll be a moment on this island. live living conditions under threat. what will people eat. >> reporter: the family planning programme has been reintroduced encouraging families not to have more than two children.

the average is 2.6 children per family. many have a lot more. he and his wife have 11 children. doctors working for the family planning board failed to allow him to use birth control. >> i don't want to use birth control because i'm against it. i believe it's up to god to decide how many children i have. >> reporter: despite regular visits of mobile clinics to neighbourhoods, the family planning board is fighting an uphill battle when it comes to lellageon. they are worried. we'll use religion to convince them. we'll come back and bring a religious teacher who can explain that religion is not against it. >> not many are aware of the danger. it is hampering quality of life

and economic growth. experts warn if nothing is done quickly. basic needs will be at risk. family planning workers are trying their best to explain the urgency of birth control but don't have staff and a limited budget. many do not know that the programme exists. >> what we see is that the government is not focussed on controlling the growth. we used to have a minister for population control. we used to have family planning. it's more or less up to the people themselves to choose how many children vel have. the government hardly interferes. >> demographic experts urged the government to tackle the crisis and assign more money. 30 years ago indonesia was recognised for having one of the paste family programs.

many say there needs to be improvements and fast. >> an independent inquiry says guards at an australian immigration center may have traded drugs for sex. a facility on nauru is where refugees try to reach australia sent for processing. australia has been criticized for poor conditions by human rights. the australian government ordered an inquiry after allegations of sexual and physical assaults. it was aware of three allegations of rapes, including one against the minors and looked into claims that staff members encouraged refugees to self harm. the report found no conclusive evidence. on the island of jindo, a
